speaker damaged during shipment

 

I just received a second order that was damaged during shipment.

Is anyone else having problems with their speakers arriving damaged?

Should I be contacting Hi-Fi or FedEx?

Sorry to hear about the condition of your speakers on arrival. Please return the speakers to us using the prepaid label that we included in your shipment. We'll expedite a replacement set to you.
