What are the best receivers you can get for a reasonable price today?

I just bought some awesome Acme Hi-Fi speakers, but now I need a receiver to complete my home theather setup. Anyone have any suggestions?

What are you looking to spend? Receivers can range from a couple hundred dollars to thousands of dollars. Denon makes good low end, Yamaha mid-range, and Pioneer high-end.

Pioneer receivers are great quality, but can be complicated to use. For most consumers I would suggest a Yamaha. Great quality and very user friendly.

The RX-V373BL is a great unit. It will handle every bit of power and quality that most people would need, and has a ton of HDMI ports so that you wont have to worry about running out of space in the future.

I would say that Denon actually makes the best consumer level receiver.
